Product Description
Potassium sorbate (anhydrous citric acid, ascorbic acid, potassium persulfate) for protection against re-fermentation in sweet wines.Dissolve in 10x water and homogenize 48hrs prior to bottling. Dosage 25-50 g/hL (50g/hL adds 30ppm SO2, 270ppm Sorbate)
