Acclimatised Oenococcus oeni strain intended for direct inoculation of white, rosé and red wines.
– A strain that performs reliably in wide-ranging conditions of pH, alcohol, SO2, temperature and tannic structure, in red, white and rosé wines.
– Particularly suitable for co-inoculation on must with a pH of > 3.4 (during the first few days of AF, the pH can drop to 0.20 units
