Product Description

Concentrated liquid gelatine (porcine). Used alone or in conjunction with silica to clarify white musts (cold settling or flotation) or for tannin fining in reds. Dilute in 2x water and add slowly while homogenizing. Dosage 1-15 mL/hL dependent on trials
