Product Description
Complex nutrient to enhance red wine aromatics. Contains Fermoplus Integrateur plus grape and oak tannins, yeast hulls, cellulose. Dissolve in must or wine and slowly incorporate at 48hrs and 1/3 sugar depletion. Dosage 12g/hL = 14ppm YAN
