Product Description
Fermentation nutrient based on DAP and Thiamine (0.06%). Stimulates production of esters and reduces the risk of reductive odours and unwanted higher alcohols. Dissolve in must and add slowly to tank. Dosage 12 g/hL = 25ppm YAN
