Product Description
liquid pectolitic enzyme preparation for the hydrolysis of thiol aromatic precursors 4MMP, 3MHA, 3MH (boxtree, passionfruit,grapefruit). Dissolve in 10x water or juice and add to must on second day of fermentation. Dosage 2-4 mL/hL
