Product Description
ß-Glucanase enzyme for facilitating filterability/clarity in wines rich in Glucans from botrytis infection. Dilute in 20-30 parts demineralized water and add to end of fermentation or during aging. Best activity from 15-25°C. Dosage 2-4 g/hL or 100kg
