Product Description
Granular pectinase for colour extraction from red grapes. Enhanced colour extraction reduces maceration time and pump over intensity avoiding the extraction of bitter tannins. Dissolve in 20x water and add to grapes or must. Dosage 2-4 g/hL or 100kg
