ENDOZYM® Brewmix Plus is a brewing enzyme that has been formulated by AEB as a blend of neutral protease, thermostable alpha amylase and a range of B-glucanases to aid in the improvement of filtration rates for the beer prior to packaging.

Product Description
Beta-glucanase and alpha-amylase enzyme preparation. Aids in filtration, saccharification of starch, and produces readily assimilable nitrogen(RAN). Optimal use between 50-75°C, pH 4.5-7.0. Dosage 300-800g/T of malt during mash in.
