- Oak Cubes are packaged in 15 lb mesh bags and contain approximately 68.10 square feet of surface area.
- The mesh bags allow the oak to float freely in stainless steel tanks or tied down for full submersion.
Use:
For use during fermentation, short and extended aging and pre-bottle enhancement
Addition rare:
For 100% new barrel impact use 1 bag per 600 gallons/2,271 liters or 1.5 lbs of cubes per 60 gallon neutral barrel.
This recommendation could change depending on contact time.
Contact time:
Suggested minimum contact time of 1 month – Full extraction after 12 months.
