Product Description
Liquid CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose) for inhibition of tartrate crystalization in white and rose wines. Dissolve in bottle ready 18°C wine 48hrs prior to sterile filtration/bottling. Dosage 100-150 mL/hL depending on bench verification
