Yeast derived mannoproteins, ellagic tannins from toasted oak and gum Arabic. Promotes fruity and chocolate aromas. Hides methoxypyrazine notes of vegetal red wines. Add at end of fermentation or during storage. Dosage 50-60 g/hL
