Product Description
High concentration (33.5%) Gum Arabic with high molecular weight and enhanced softening and stabilizing power. Add to finished wines 48hrs before final filtration/bottling. Dilute 1:20 in wine in order to improve homogenization. Dosage 50-200 mL/hL
